    taking to the water

Attractive other worldly feel. More of a personal preference, but a flank tattoo ruins the photo.

I understand. I suppose it's about enormity. The water, the grayness, the ducks are tiny for that reason. Not everything is about proportion. Dont we all really take pictures for ourselves. Even people that sell them? I'm not howing a row, I'm pleasing myself. I can love a less than pretty face just like I can like this photo.

Lily was a bit under the weather, and she wears her heart on her sleeve.

Lily is very expressive. She is notorious for finding the most comfortable spot in the room. With those big dark eyes she is very easy to photograph.

Yes. In 2005 I had a page. Disappeared for awhile. Thank you for looking at my photos.

Thanks. It was a melting creek bed, and it was very alive. Bubbles and air rising, ice cracking and melting. Funny how it looks alive.

Thanks Here's the thing, this photo means something to me that isn't spelled out. These tiny ducks were riding the waves on a huge lake. Lake Erie. I wanted them small and brave not overwhelmed by the huge lake I focused on. Then again, if I share it I cant complain .

My weakness is I make do, I dont make it at the right time. Blessing and a curse. There is a better photo here for sure

Thanks, both of you. I see a heart monitor or an earthquake needle scratching.

Could have been better. I was too keen on the chessboard at expense of dog.

Agreed, it is weird. Purposely, there are some ugly things if traditional composition

This is Cleveland. Miles of wasteland dark railway yards, steel mills. Not interesting, I agree but it speaks of the city. I do agree though as a photo on it's own there is wasted space

Centered it looked odd a bit to me. A bit of the rounded wing was my goal. That and ice cold creepy.

Thank you for commenting. It's not perfect, but it's a tiny bird out an effective 800mm over a swamp. I thought a bit of branch filled the frame more, but I can see how it can be distracting particularly on top
