Gorgeous again - just what I have come to expect from such a fine photographer.

I love the movement and the beauty of the birds, but most of all I love the sense of freedom the shot evokes.

Thanks Marlin - I took a number of shots of the scene - including one with a balance more like your suggestion.

I couldn't make my mind up which was better so left this one in colour and converted the other to B&W.

I'll probably put it up, too, eventually.

Well, Rafal, I don't know for certain what this is - a mining operation of some kind? - but I do know it's a very striking image indeed.

The colours are marvellous - the whole scene looks like a movie still - very cinematic to my eyes.
