In fact I live about 400 miles south from Chicago - in Carbondale, but I'm sure you have to visit it... and make a lot of pictures (better then mine ones) :)

Well, I know that quality of this picture is not so good, but anyway

I have tried to shot this bird for many weeks. It is the best what I

could do at this time. I promise to try more ;)

in fact I haven't used any filters.. stars' effect are due to small aperture. Let's say f18 or f22 (because I don't remember exact value).

The shutter speed was 1/640s, (f5,6, and ISO 800). As you can see this bird is veeeery fast and even 1/640s is good enaugh to catch its movement.

Oh yeah, it was captured at Southern Illinois, but it is still north of Florida :)
