My 580EX was very tuff to open when it was new so tuff it pissed me off to but the more I used it the better it got now 1 year later it works great.

The micro drive could be stuck! Take A pencil and tap the side of the micro flash drive. This has worked for a lot of people that have hitachi microdrive...

light flashes a master 580ex and slave 420ex I am shooting inside a

studio 20ftX22ft and 10ft tall the room is white. Whats the best

arrangement with the flashes for Portait Lighting?

Canon has stoped making this lens when thay started to make the 70-200mm but you can find it used on ebay its a great lens for the money!

I had the 350d and then solded it for the 20d. I love my 20d the 350d is way to small and just feels cheap! Lens Lens Lens lets see.I have the 17-40L and wish it was faster. If I could I go with 16-35L,50mm 1.4,and 70-200mm 2.8 its a lot of money but very good glass.

If you can take pictures outside without a flash in the evening works the best for me.

It sounds like the lens you need is 24-70mm 2.8L its about $1250.00. The prime lens are very fast and a lot less cash and the lens (17-85mm IS) is something to think about to.

I have a 20d and did have a 28-105mm 3.5-4.5f befour is sold it on ebay and I had soft images to. I had to go to a 8f stop and smaller and then go PARAMETERS and then turn up the sharpness and this will work for you but its better it you sharpen in photoshop and keep in mind that jpeg pics are sharper strait out of your 20d that raw pics if you shoot raw just go to photoshop and sharpen.

Hello I had the 28-105mm lens and used it some on my 20d its a good lens but just to long at the wide end of the lens I sold it on EBAY with the hood for $195.00. The kit lens is junk. Good lens for your XT would be 17-40mm, 17-85mm,and 24-70mm.
