    Scott, I don't think so, since the image is mostly altered with a filter. IR is actually not a way of alteration, but a technique of photography, just like natural colour or b/w. adjusting colours in this technique is as 'normal' as processing any 'regular' image.. and since one can take IR portraits, landscapes, still life or whatever, it's pointless to put that all into one category. thanks

    there is some, actually. you might have too contrasty screen to see it. I've tried dodging it some more, but it just looked unnatural. thanks for the comment

    Zeeshan - it's a modified g2 with HiTech Infrared filter built in. exposure was f4 and approx. 1/500s

     

    Erik - the fishermen in the lower left were intended to be there, unfortunately I had to crop them a little after stitching the panorama

    Young red foxes at their den in Denali Park, Alaska.. I'm hearing

    it's even more unusual for a red fox to be so dark than I thought.
