I also agree with the above comments, I recently sent my m3 to Peter and was throughly impressed by the service provided.

I went and saw him speak recently at the Photographers gallery in London. He indicated he is using a 5x4 camera and a Mamiya MF, but did have a Leica back in his hotel room :)
I am unsure about the focal lengths sorry.
The photos from the book 'Recreation' are all probably taken with a Leica and Kodachrome.
The later and more current work I assume is mainly MF and 5x4.
