You have captured the light & silhouette beautifully. I wonder if the image would be even stronger if you cropped the top so the half leaf is not visible?

Nicely framed shot taken at a good time to give a bluish background but nothing terribly distinctive. -
Nice sunset colours. I am in Europe travelling currently and really wanted to go to Santorini but only had enough time for Italy, Croatia & France.

Recently visited Slovenia. This lake is famous for its island with church in the middle and
the castle overlooking the lake.

You only get the flattening of the water effect when the exposure is quite long. I believe you can still get ripples with a longish exposure. But to me this has to be manipulated as the kayak & kayaker are far too sharp for any exposure longer than half a second.
