hi.i found a cheap lens 70-300...i have a nikon d40x..but i dont know if it is

suitable for my camera..i know that some lenses fit my camera but do not serve

all properties of lens...for full specs i need to use a dx lens as i know..I

wonder what will happen when i insert this lens to my camera...what will i lose

beside the cheap long focal length that i need those too..thanks for your

you have to take a 48mm UV filter for this though bacause with an UV filter you will block the UV and also you will protect your glasss well...Plus UV filter does not effect your exposure stops..Regards Mumtaz www.mumtazguran.cjb.net

things...There are a lot of photographers that use photoshop for

Firstly for a healthy self-portrait you need a tripod and a camera with a self-timer and a aperture-shutter priority would be useful sure.I think that you do not have to make self-portraits only in a studio.I dont recommend mirrors because there is not direct light(you shoot a reflection in a mirror) and it is not so healthy(image will not be so sharp and clear).
