I currently own 50 1.4 and the quality is very sharp but I also like
to have 16 35 2.8 is it a sharper lens worth the money? anyone have
photo comparsion, do you think i will need it? I also just bought 70
200 IS and sold my 17-85
-
This might be a stupid question is there a differents between a
prime lens and an L lens
-
Sorry about the mistype I should have typed it myself !@#$%^&*
-
I currently have the 20D with EFS 17-85 and 50 1.4 I would like to
Sell EFS 17 85 with an L lens for better quality/Sharpness late this
year I will be getting the 70-200 is for Family sports Photography I
really care about the cost but it a one time thing I don?t wont to
buy one know and have to sale it later for a better lens, I like it
to be wide-angle since my other lens with be 70-200 and 50 1.4 to
complement all type of photography without having to buy another
lens later.

Thanks M.V.
I guess those people who complained must need some attention that?s why they think by responding like that will make them feel like the have power , they are full of bs and don?t know much about photography. Oh well what a world we are living in .

If I was you I will get an Epson printer instead like the R300M the quality is better than canon also you can connect your camera directly using USB connection or your memory card, the most important thing when you by a printer beside the quality is the cost to operate the Epson uses 7 color cartridges the generic brand cartridges works as good or even better it cost about $2.00 $3.00 available on Ebay which you will be printing picture all day for pennies, I have owned HP, Canon and Epson and I think you can beat the cost/quality the Epson puts out.

Sorry if I sound stupid I?m just new to this, does extension tube do
the same job like a Macro lens? As per my understanding It?s
exclusively designed for doing very close-up work, isn?t that what
macro lens do? Why would a person buy the lens and an extension tub
instead of just buying the Macro lens, I would appreciate a simple
explanation remember I?m new on this
-
Thanks alot Joe

Thanks Guys
But how can you tell if its a Macro lens? can you tell by weight of the lens, or the way the lens look
-
Just wondering how can you tell the different between Macro lens and
non Marco lens I?m new on that, I currently own EF50M 1.4, EFS 17-
85 and EFS 18-55 I believe the zoom for macro is pretty good if I
get a dedicated Macro lens what is the benefit?
-
I need some help I just saved up enough money and I?m ready to buy
my First Zoom L lens 70 /200 2.8 don?t know should I go with IS
and spend the extra money or stick without, Based on my conversation
with canon rep he advised me to stick without the IS he said its
just marketing thing Its Just a hype, Is that True Also would I be
able to take picture without a monopod or tripod with IS as well as
non IS if anyone have this lens and had experience without are the
picture still sharp .

I just bought the 50mm 1.4 its a great lens ad I have no problem with focusing its even better than my EFS 17.85 I Also compared photos with 1.4 and 1.8 and the 1.4 is more superior and the picture is more sharp also its a better built its better built and don?t look and feel cheap like the 1.8 that is why there is a big different with the price .
