Thank you Grigoriy A. On RAW it is sharper. I just do not know how to get it out when I re-sized it. Maybe it is not in perfect focus because the bird was moving fast from place to place and I took this photo without a tripod.

Thank you Brooks Gelfand. Yes. The photo was taken at Milwaukee county Zoo, Wisconsin. They got that type of birds(Mandarin Chinese bird) several months ago and now this masculine bird has this color. He will have this color for about a month and then he will be light gray for other 11 months of a year.
