Thanks very much Larry, I'll have to do that before putting this on my site. I appreciate the tweak suggestion! I had thought about lightening the rocks a bit, but didn't. I think it does look better with your changes.
Hope you have a great day!
Best Regards, Gary

Awesome long exposure Stephen! Love the light reflecting on the smooth edges of the rocks and the play of light and shadow on the beach and water.

Taken during a strong wind storm a couple years ago, the seagulls are all
riding out the storm staying down low and facing the wind. As always,
thanks for looking!

What an incredible image! I absolutely love this. Excellent work on combining exposures, the detail throughout the image is terrific and those stars are the icing on the cake! Best Regards ~ Gary

I really like this version the best. It seems much more balanced and natural. What a beautiful place! My only suggestion would be to lighten up the river a bit. It looks a little too black to me. The rest of the image seems perfectly exposed. Nice work! Best Regards ~ Gary

Yes, we get some incredible skies during the winter! A lot of times the day will be very dreary and later towards evening, we'll get some breaks in the cloud cover. I hope your visit will be timed well! Best Regards ~ Gary
