<p>It is 2015 and I'm in the market for a new PS that will replace my Canon G12. I have been a Canon user for several years dating back to the G9. Now I am widening my options to other brands and models. My budget is $500.00 and under and I need a camera body solid enough to grip firmly with one hand if necessary. Of course the G16 is highly rated as well as the Sony Cyber shot RX100. The Sony appears a bit slippery to handle, but I like the Leica lens. Any suggestions are welcome. thanks. jack demuth</p>
