I love doing fun shots while on a shoot. It always allows everyone to relax and...after all...they are fun shots.
Well done!

Love the lighting, the pose and the fact that she's looking away from the camera - seemingly attentive to something outside. That 'Hint' of curiosity is what creates the wonderful mood of this image. Well done.

Simple. Well Lit. Beautifully framed.
They don't get much better than this!

I'll agree to a degree about the tri-pod. To me, it's not about being off centered or even bulky. Rather, it's about looking too "modern" for the camera that is mounted on it. This may not even be true, however, a large camera (to my mind) belongs on an older "looking", top mounted, no tilting, traditional tri-pod. (But I'm weird that way when it comes to aesthetics).
The two other nit-pics I have is that the lemon is not centered vertically in the lens opening. That sort of throws the balance of the image off for me. (just remember....I'm weird). The other is the view in the lens opening should be perfectly in focus. You could let the model and the rest of the image go soft, however, the lemon is the subject and should be sharp.
I do like the concept and believe there could truly be a fantastic image here somewhere...just not in this one. Do keep trying!

Picture of the Year winner in my book! Uplifting, loving, sweet and even a little funny. All that in one simple image. BRAVO!

Absolutely not. I often use shadows to drape my models with a lacy, natural veil. Well done.

Very nice High Key image. The saturated red lips provide a wonderful contrast to the model's porcelain skin. Lovely pose, expression and lighting. Well done.

Your compositions are always well done and thought provoking. A joy to view.

I think it's a wonderful figure study. The model is just stunning, the pose unique, and the lighting brings your attention to her eyes while allowing the rest of her figure to supplement her captivating gaze. The simple setting permits the viewer to enjoy the beauty that is presented. My only critique is the tight cropping at the bottom of the image. Clipping off a portion of her knee and fingers (though only fractional) is a little unsettling. Otherwise - this is gorgeous!

One of your more thought provoking images - and one of your best! Well done.

A beautiful model, an intimate setting and a gaze that would warm the most frigged of hearts, you couldn't ask for a more delightful combination of circumstances. This is a wonderful image. Bravo.

Wonderful image!
The model is relaxed and it shows. Your lighting is spot on and the b&w treatment is superb.
Excellent job - Thank you for sharing.

I love when casual snap shots from a shoot turn out to be keepers. Her expression is priceless. Love the hat and pony tails, they add to her overall whimsical look.
Well done to both model and photographer!
Thank you for sharing.

Another wonderful shot. The model is lovely, the lighting superb and the pose captivating.
I have but three "little" nit-pics.1) as mentioned already, you might consider moving the model away from the backdrop to lessen or eliminate the shadow - but this is not a real issue here, only a consideration.
2) regarding the backdrop - clone out the lower left corner where the backdrop meets the floor. Not an appealing feature.
3) while I love the towel's texture and the way it hangs off the model's legs, I wish there was a better way for her to secure it. The folded over edges of the towel make this rather glamorous image look less artsy and more casual. And the position of her hand is rather unflattering.
These are minor nit-pics and are not meant to take away from an excellent image. I admire your work greatly.Thank you for sharing.

This is an overall wonderfully crafted image. It has everything you want in a composition:
- Beautiful model with a figure meant for this genre of artistry.
- Perfectly lit subject and surroundings. The contrast between the black drape and the white background is perfect and not overstated.
- Great texture in the backdrop! Not just a smooth white surface.
- A pose to rival the painting of Venus.
- A balanced mix of the model's covered and nude portions. It leaves things to the imagination.
Altogether - a nearly perfect image. (this is certainly going into my "favorites" gallery)
I say "nearly" only for one nit pic and really, this isn't worth considering, however, I'm going to anyway.
I would have loved to see the portion of the black fabric encircle the model completely. There is a gap behind her that is large and obvious and because of the contrast between black and white, the eye is drawn to it. I'm not advocating a perfect circle of fabric surrounding her, it can be uneven, just have it go ALL around her. That would be my only change should I try to recreate this beautiful scene.
Well done and thank you for sharing your work with us.

Very moody shot. The stark contrast of black and white, along with the model's outstretched pose and direct gaze, creates the feeling of deep emotions - hopelessness, dread, or abandonment perhaps - while still producing an image of beauty. Well done.

Outstanding illusion. This entire series is done quite well. Many times, photographers, like magicians, don't tell their secrets, but I must ask - How?
-
Congratulations! I have long admired your work. This is a wonderful achievement. Happy New Year!

The model is wonderful. Her expression is subdued and flirtatious. The car in the background is a distraction. It shouldn't be there in my opinion. It ruins an otherwise beautiful nude in nature. If it is part of your "story" though, it should be shown more prominently.
Thank you for sharing.

I love the casual posture. This makes the model's gaze warm and inviting.
I would personally like to see the image a bit brighter with a little more contrast. She seems to be in shadow, and while subdued light is wonderful, I think it's a little overdone here. This would also help brighten her eyes, what I consider the focal point of the image, and allow the viewer to make a much more intimate contact with the model.
Over all - well done! Thank you for sharing with us.

Wonderful image with masterful lighting to trace the model's outline in the darkness. My only wish is that she had a greater arch to her back to reveal more of the background below her and smooth out (read as round off) the top highlight across her torso. Both areas would benefit from a better defined arch. Regardless of my thoughts, this is a joy to view. Well done.

An absolutely beautiful image. The coloring of the the foliage and the sun flare are perfectly in tune and, of course, your model is delightful.
-
Quite possibly the most soft, sensual, intimate and understated nude I've seen in a long time. This is exquisite. BRAVO!

So when do we get to see women dressing like this in daily life? I'm all for it.
Love the thousand yard model stare that just takes all personal contact away from the model and the viewer. It's as if she's saying "Yes...I know I am....but go away!"
Nice capture.
