It's too obvious the sky doesn't belong to the scene. The water reflects a different sky and the halos on the horizon line show it.

The composition and light are nice. Maybe you can keep the original sky and do a b&w or sepia version.

No flash was used. The light on the boat comes from the yellow street lamps on the right of the scene. This is a 30 sec. exposure at f.9, ISO 100.

Great light and tones. Although centered, the person seems to be at the right place, playing wonderfully with the rest of the elements. This is a great piece of work.

It's a great moment you managed to capture. Indeed, the shadow looks like a battle ship. The lady adds the apropriate scale. Overall, a fantastic photograph.
