Are the flowers in the background distracting, or are the blurred

enough to not draw direct attention and still give the picture a

little more color pop?

The reason for this particular crop, is that there was too much shadow to the left and the green to the right gives a nice color contrast with the yellow. I tried several other crops, and they did not look as nice. Also, it just did not look as appealing hanging dead center in the frame.

This was a slow shutter speed mess up of a photograph. I changed the color from reddish orange to blue, and posted it for fun. I thought for a messed up photo, it looked slightly stange and interesting. Or maybe not, I'll let you descide on this abstract.

This photo appears soft of focus due to a 4 second braced hold. The strange red light is from the restaurant over head decorative string lighting. Her face is being lit from candle light from the front.

Thanks for the nice critique Chad, the cigarette is a bit contrasting and visual, but this man was all about his smokes while fishing, he even took his wifes pack from her because he ran out. So I thought it was only a little fitting that it stuck out in the photo.
