The actual film holder and the way the film is handled is the same whatever make of camera so there are generic instructions that suit all of them.The film back operation guides and guides to film types are all downloadable.
When buying film don't forget that Fuji also make film for polaplus holders.

Dear Bjorn this is an often asked question. Hasselblad equipment can be dated using this table

so code EI gives date 94 as you thought.
Lenses are not so easy though. Up to the Cf series lenses had a code stamped on the light baffle in the rear of the lens. This number was the manufactured year minus 57 (1957 start).
With the CF and CFI, CFE lenses the dating policy altered and I have found that often the year is simply reversed. So I have a lens which has 29 on it and I know by other means that it was made in 92.
