Just wondering the pros and cons of the 24-50mm 3.3-4.5D, 28-70mm 3.5-

4.5D and the 24mm 2.8 prime? I can't decide which one to get. It'll

mostly be a travel lens so the zooms would probably be more

convenient but i'm not sure of their picture quality.

I live in Australia and plan on buying a 20 pack of Provia from

Adorama because i can save so much money, but i was just wondering if

anyone has had film destroyed due to x-rays and such. I am aware

there are plenty of similar threads about this topic but i just

wanted to hear from some other peoples experiences. Has anyone

actually had film ruined or is it just rumours?

I've had my F4 for quite some time now and still don't know how to turn on the illuminator that you were speaking about. I don't have a manual and i just thought that maybe there wasn't a light in the view finder at all.

I tried what you xplained but it didn't work. Maybe it's broken??

I currently just have a 50mm but i wanted to get a cheap zoom because

i'll be travelling soon and it would be alot more useful. I just

wanted to know if this lens would be a good choice. Apparently it has

macro from 28mm through to 70mm. Also are these lenses all made in

Japan or only some?

Does anyone use one of these? How is the quality?

i'm using an N90 with a zenitar fisheye at the moment but i want to

get a good quality fisheye.

How does the AI-S compare to the autofocus version as far as picture

quality goes?

What do you guys prefer?

I want to use my radio slave and make the background underexposed by

one stop while using a flash to expose my subject correctly.

If i use my lightmeter and the ambient is 1/250 f5.6 Then what should

i set my aperture to and what aperture should my light meter give me

with flash?
