Taughannock Falls is in upstate NY at the end of a gentle 3/4 mile
hike/walk. This snowy Friday afternoon in late December I had the
park to myself!

Thanks Craig! Good luck today, Best Eric

Thank you again for making a comment.
>>Seems Real<<
This comment caught my attention ? I do have a plug-in list that runs off the screen and am more than capable of enthusiastic PS work, however in this case very little was required. Right place, right time with lots of photos on either side of this exposure that did not come out nearly as well.
Thanks again for commenting!

Small cascade in the lower portion of Taughannock Falls State Park,
Finger Lakes NY.
The frozen water in the upper right portion of the image looked like
game getting packed out of the woods by a hunter...and yes perhaps
that's a bit of a stretch.....

Hello Dennis,
The detail and lighting in this photo are outstanding! Truly an inspiring subject beautifully captured!
-
I enjoy the lines, the colors and the nice crisp clarity in this image! I notice a slight bit of noise in the background, it might be worth trying noise reduction on this photo.
Best,
Eric

C&C of this often photographed subject very much appreciated!

Terrific photo, very nice exposure! I might consider cleaning up the water a bit by cloning out the sticks and buoys. It might also be very interesting to try using hdr techniques to bring a bit more detail into the rocks in the foreground. Your portfolio is terrific, your cityscapes are very dramatic!

Very nicely done - it is easy to end up with a very obvious tone mapped look versus a more elegant, natural look.

Lovely Sunset marred slightly by clouds of biting flies.

The persistence of time, water and gravity carve away all
obstructions.

Hello Paolo,
Wonderful moment! I appreciate the quality of light and the symmetry in the reflections! I get a little hung up on the stump. If you are open to changing the content of the image it might be worth cloning out or lowering the stump a bit. Is this an HDR or single photograph?
Best,
Eric

Thank you for taking the time to comment Dan! This is an HDR photo with very mild processing done.

HDR photo with colors heavily pushed! I appreciate your thoughts!
