    Thanks for your comments. Yeah, the

    immage is not sharp througout. I was just paticular that the stem of the flower should be sharp alonf with the area which was perpendicular to the stem. With my Nikon 105mm/2.8f and going so close I was unable get the sharpness thoughout the flower eventhough I have used 32 aprture. Can you give some advice how to get the entire pic in sharp when you are working with Macro at its maximum focal length? Thanks.
