The lighting on this was from the end of the bed. The intent was to create more shadow than it did. I could have moved the softbox but this was in the heat of the action. Next time I'll move it overhead to eliminate the shadows....

I'm not sure I like this level of color. Comments?

I like the high-key look but the edges on her arms and legs are to washed out for the sharpness of the rest of the shot. Try masking the legs and arm at least a little to keep some more detail.

Love the shot but he eyes are over processed for me...

I like the shot but you've processed out the highlights to much for me. Have you tried working with blend modes when you apply soft light or overlay. You can get the effect and save the highlights....

I like the shot but I don't feel any connection between the subjects.

The model is 19 and will be 20 in September. She is of age.....rb

Not much done to this one....not sure what I think.....

The full hands detracted from the flow, the post is the window frame and could be removed. The window is in a second floor bedroom with a tree/woods outside. Not sure where the sidewalk comes from...

I'm not sure on this color treatment and sharpening....

I think this picture is better cropped just below the center board. The bottom of the picture takes my eye away from the more interesting lines of the top.

I would not have understood the sunshine and rain from looking at the picture but having read your comments it makes perfect sense.....rick

The model in this shot was having trouble relaxing. I suggested that she close her eyes and move a little. I said I'd count to three and then she should open her eyes and find the camera. We did this a few times before I took this one with her eyes closed while she was moving and waiting for me to count. The bottom line is that the procedure worked and we got some good shots. I put this one here because I thought it was unique, more a part of the procedure than a pose. Clearly she loosened up and started enjoying the work....rb

The model had the idea to do something that could be an after the prom kind of thing (she's 19). She is intended to look used up after an all nighter. In the actual shot she looked to good so I added the grain and reduced the color to give it a gritty feel. It's still not exactly what she had in mind but I liked it enough to post it here for comments. After I get some feedback I'm going to make another pass at one of the shots in this group to see if I can get the real worn out feel she is looking for.....rb
