Hi , do you remember what film / lens you used? or,if digital, at least how many ISO did you set? what about white balance?

Did you use a tripod?

It's not bad picture, a little dispersive. Maybe you should focus just on a member of the band.

that's a photo taken with a one-use fuji 800 camera (not the F80 as stated).

Picture shot in a pub, it was not easy to be straight ahead the frame to see the flash reflex. But what a surprise when finally I saw the print...old magic film :)

It's nice ,maybe reflection is unnecessary, maybe you can shot the same putting the horizon/end of lake in the bottom part of the frame

what about the composition?

maybe you should use a longer shutter... running water is not as soft as it can be

nice try... should be better if you waited for the sun to flare around the head

I think the problem is not the noise. It's the apparent blurriness of the photo. Was the camera handheld? You should try the same picture with a tripod (or placing the camera on the floor) and use low ISO (if you are feared from noise)

Sometimes the elders have a strange humour!

However, I think it's very distracting anything farther tha the boy... you should play with Depth Of Field , to focus more on the boy or more on the "row" of "illegal gambling sin-filled scratchy"
