You might take a look a f295.org. Entirely dedicated to lensless and alternative photography.

I use Tri X 120, HC-110(b). I 've also used HP5 and J&C 400 with pinhole. All have a decent latitude and are forgiving the odd over/under exposure.
I'd shoot what you have and pick up a couple rolls of what you might want to try and compare. I fyou get a chance stop by f295.org, it's dedicated to lensless photography.

If you are using paper you may want to stop by f295.org. There are a lot of paper users who may be able to head you in the right direction.

Alittle more information on equipmnet etc would help but let me take a stab at a solution for you.
Try some bracketing. It's digital so you get instant feedback which should get you in the ball park pretty quickly.
Initially I'm inclined to think you may have over exposed. I calculated exposure for TriX, what I use for pinhole, using your parameters and come up with 57 seconds in "bright" daylight. These calculations are spot on in my expereince, using the Pinhole Calculator available as a down load.
That takes into account the reciprosity characteristics of the film which are probably not germaine to digital. If that is the case 57 seconds was probably to long for your digital exposure.
I really think some bracketing will be a big help.

Super Gene. I've never seen pine cones look so good. I have a 6X9 Graflex back for a 4X5 that I use for pinhole. It is a really nice format and you use it well.

How to put this delicately.......in my youth (American) it was the oral equivalent of the "bird"........hopefully that is delicately enough.

Internal reflections between elements in the lens can also create a ghost image. Changing the angle of the light that created the ghost is the cure. Unfortunately it is hard to see the ghosts on the ground glass.

If I remember right the cameras on the moon had no finder, were set a hyperfocal distance and shot at "sunny sixteen". They mounted to the front of the space suit with a bracket.

I'd really like to know how they got in a garage sale 70 years after they were made. Stolen....snagged from Ansels trash....loaned out and never returned..... I've printed glass plates from that era and older, they should make fantastic photos.
