I have to agree, I love your folder as a whole but this is just not a real image.

Can I be your understudy? LOL, I should not laugh because in reality I would be a great understudy, I am serious. I will always regret the full scholarship I turned down to the NY institute of fashion and design. Anyway, back to reality and the question I have want to ask? how did do get such great detail of the droplets. The mixture is fantastic!

Sometimes nearly perfect is perfect. Sure it would be nice to see more face but would this make this photo better--By cropping the face here you have directed our eyes exactly where you wanted.

I really like most of your work but this I am having a hard time with. Somehow it does not work for me. I might try it in black and white---you could try removing the middle leaf--- and move closer--maybe covering all but selected areas. Really, I do not have a good answer but I do believe this idea worth working with. All great work it takes time. Thanks for sharing a great folder.

Extremely nice composition ? the choice of how far to crop must have been agonizing but in the end it did not matter. Focus is clear, and kind of fun, I love the way this photo draws you in and moves your eye in a circular motion. VERY NICE

The look on the girls face tells much more that the title does. She seems to be playing a game and to me and this adds mystery to the situation. If she is indeed playing a part in a sexual game then this photo is more real than if she had marks of dirt to accompany the background.

Vince you are so right on all accounts. Thanks for the helpfull advice. The cn400 caused the color, I sharpened a tad and kept the look I will try in B&W.

Very nice liquid shadow study. I love the way the models face dissolves into the dark with the shadow.

What a joke you are, OBVIOUSLY?this pic is a snap, never said or implied that it was not (nor would anyone with experience in art or photography). The idea here is to share pics and information not to make dumb observations.

 

For your information this shot was taken in less than 30 seconds in 100 degree heat with parents yelling for the kids to go and me needing to get back on the court. The purpose of this pic was to motivate the children, to get the kids to feel like part of something special and to give the other children something to shoot for not to be on your mantle. The Wyndyke wonders experiment was a HUGE success, two of the wonders when from about 80 to one and two in the state in less than 6 months.

 

I put this pic on the site today because it will always be a favorite of mine and because of what just happened at Wimbledon today. Wake up nuckelhead!

Geno I love this folder and this shot, but I think the wood is distracting--you might try experimenting with changing this area.

If I just had to pick something that might be improved, I might experiment with the backround and whatever it is she is sitting on. I would try something in greater contrast in texture or something more similar in texture. ummmmmmm

I was trying to watch a football playoff game. Storm warnings about

an approaching tornado started to drive me insane, until --- I got a

brilliant idea lol. It was eerie watching everyone flee the park in

the opposite direction as I hurried into position. While running

across the park I kept wondering about the 20 pound metal tripod---

would this attract a lightning bolt to me:-)? It was like I was in a

trance; I had to capture one of these lightning bolts from this

amazing sky. I was being pelted from above and below, it took all

of my weight to hold down the tripod in the heavy winds as spray

came up from the from the Mississippi river. The tornado went on to

Jackson Mississippi and Nashville doing millions of dollars worth of
