  1. Hi, im a new photographer with a Rebel Ti.

I have had 2 rolls developed so far (one from Walmart, and one from a local camera shop)

    of Fuji NPS film.

The first roll was developed by walmart to basically see what kind of digital scans they

could provide. The scans were ok, but no where near the resolution i wanted/needed.

I ended up buying an Epson 3170 flatbed scanner after figuring out that most developers

wont be able to give me the resolution(s) i was looking for.

Then, I took my second roll of NPS to the local camera shop.

What I got back was a lot of redish/orange images. They were taken outside as the sun

was going down. The sky and most of the prints look pretty grainy as well. Someone who

saw a scan of one of the pictures thought it was 400/800 speed film.

Also a few of the images had some pretty bad browning on the edges (mostly the pictures

that were at the ends of the cut negative strips.

Could these problems I had be from the developer, or did I screw something up myself?

    1. Browing on the edges of some pictures (mainly the ones at the end of the cut negatives)

    2. Lots of grain (mostly found in the blue skie as compared to the rest of the orangish

    image.

    3. Orange tint to the pictures.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. I JUST got a new Rebel Ti, and I loaded in some Fuji NPS film.

The instructions under the load film instructions state I can check the film speed by hitting

the Function button. Only, My function button wont let me select the ISO. I can only

    select the two below it.

    Did i do something wrong?

    Thanks in advance.
