I love the contrast between how flat everything is and how sharp and vibrant the horse is. Nice!

Surfing fan here so I like it. My only comment for you is the image seems to be tilted a bit counter clockwise which is distracting for me.

Are the horizontal lines on purpose?

I've seen alot of these canyon shots in the shadows like this, but the mirror reflection in the water I like. Seeing the texture under the surface of the water also adds to it greatly.

The image is very appealing! Great composition and an excellent representation of balance between engineering and nature.

Great perspective!

Great composition. I like the reflection especialy how it is worked out with the rock in the foreground, the trees on the left in mid and the tees in the background on the right. Definitely keeps the eyes busy.

I love the symetric graduated perspective you've captured. Great motif!

Excellent composition! The glow on the petal gives it an omniscient effect.

Nice coconuts.

Very well done! Your models eyes pierce right out of the image. Your judgement in choosing this model for the "Classic" alt was definitely on the money. It is eyes shaped like hers that make this approach the classic style that it is.

Nice street subject. Would be great if the front wheel wasn't clipped. Fill flash would be great to bring out the highlights also. I do like the little truck though.

Great perspective on perspective. Is this film (and if so, what type?) or a digital conversion?

Reminds me of Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran back in the 80's. You definitely captured the porcelain doll aura as you mentioned. IMO more of the top of the hair in the picture would have been nice. The hair is too hot which takes away from the detail of the hair. The stark contrast brings out the shadowing around the outside of the eyes a bit much. The color of the blouse works great in accentuating the eye color. Did it hurt getting pierced there?

The colors in the foreground are briliant. The horizon seems to tilt a little counter clockwise. Changing to a grid focus screen in the camera worked for me. Alternatively, rotating the crop tool in PS works. Great portfolio.

Nice job! The essence of Americana is what I see here. The grass out of focus in the foreground adds a lot to the image for me. The highlights on the grass tips give the image a warm feel and the blur adds an overall soft effect while still having sharp focus where you want it. However, I do find myself leaning to the left the longer I view the image. I did the same thing until I finally switched to a grid focusing screen

Nice composition. I find myself occupied following the shoreline. Keeps my eyes busy. A straight horizon line would have made the shot.

Excellent composition! It is as if she is a mythical creature lying there we're not supposed to see that notices we are looking. Your subject has great form. Appears as though she step out of a renaissance painting.
