Beautiful. Very nicely executed.

Thanks for taking the time to comment, but Dale: please don't jump to conclusions. There is no 'alteration' done on the imaage (and indeed, to any of my images). My adjustments are limited to color temperature, saturation, levels and sharpness on the RAW format image. The horizontal blue line is (obviously) the wind picking up on the far edge of the pond, and I don't intend to clone it out. It is just the way it was.

Superb image. The fog at the bottom makes all the difference.

I tried to capture the struggle of a sally lightofoot crab battling
the waves, trying to maintain its footing on the slippery rock.
Your comments are appreciated, as always. Thanks.

Nice colors and composition. I especially like the extra-long vertical format.

Very nice portrait, with a sharp eye and mix of colors. The tongue sticking out makes it all come together. Well done!

Best viewed larger. Thanks!
p.s.. Kaushik, sorry I had to delete your comment on this
photograph. Because of the strange posting policies of PN, one has
to delete previously loaded photos and reload them immediately prior
to critique submission, to be eligiblie for TRP views. I learnt
this the hard way with a couple of recent landscape submissions.

Simple and elegant.

Very creative and artistic. Bravo!

Andrew, nice composition and colors; a worthwhile reward for braving a cold morning! I think some sharpening will definitely enhance the graininess of the foreground snow, adding texture and depth. I tried selective sharpening of the lake, sparing the mountains to avoid the halo at the horizon.....

Magic planet indeed.... a magical combination of light, colors and composition. Brilliant.
