I also like the diminishing perspective. I cropped the light (lhs) and the notice board (rhs) which I found distracting and thought the cropped version was a tighter photograph.

Don't be so negative of your own work. I think this is a fine photograph, natural and unpretentious. Maybe the model's hands may dominate a bit but I am in two thoughts about this. Look forward to seeing more of your work in this style.

Indeed it is beautiful. My wife and I rented a cottage at Spideal in 2000 and toured the Connemara by car. Wonderful scenery with quite a social history. What beach was this photography taken at?

I would crop the bottom to the pedestrian crossing removing the parked cars in the foreground. I would also slightly strengthen the contrast. Photograph taken around noon? Do you have the opportunity to photograph early morning or evening for better lighting?
