That is a beautiful building, Lex. We used to have a lot of the movie palaces built in this style here in NYC, but now only a few remain. It's sad. There are still some office towers remaining in this style, but they're hard to spot being cramped in between other taller and more shiny towers for the most part.

This one is truly gorgeous. I just love the way the relatively low contrast and warm tones work together on this one. What a relief from the overly contrasty and over the top color saturation that is so much in vogue these days. You do know how to work a B&W image, that's for sure.

Not bad, but not great either, There are hot spots on the damselfly's head and its victim that are too washed out.

It certainly is interesting, and I do like the low key treatment. I think it might be a little better with the lower most jewels a bit sharper, just a bit more depth of field is all. Still, this is pretty neat. It is an unusual perspective on the female anatomy, and one that definitely not pornographic.

I'm a sucker for railroad pictures and this one is really nice. These little narrow gauge railroads are really cute. This photo suffers a bit from too much contrast. You might want to try using a softer contrast filter or paper.

Doesn't look all that different from my old Brooklyn neighborhood.

One of the truly better ones I've seen as POW. Very pleasing to the eye and easy to look at. A beautiful example of what you can do with just a simple "normal" lens.

I think this one is just great. I love the curve and the converging lines, but this photo would be nothing without the people.

That looks like a Richard Serra piece of sculpture. I'd bet money on it. Great shot with the human thrown in for scale.
