The light rays kept changing constantly while I took this photo, but my attention was

focused on getting the shot at all, as this encounter with the manta lasted only a few

seconds.

Great work. The minimal use of colour provides a lively contrast to the grey buildings. There is a lot of detail here, but this is in no way distracting because the composition is perfect.

During any dive, encountering a seal would be great. Ironically, while diving just off Dyer

Island, South Africa, seeing a seal was just the problem, because there were literally

thousands of them. It was not easy to get just one seal by itself.

The wingspan of these mantas is really amazing and the smoothness and grace with which

they glide through the water leaves you with a real sense of awe and admiration for these

magnificent creatures.

I was snorkeling in the Red Sea when this group of dolphins was swimming in my

direction. I had just a few seconds to think about my composition until they were just

below me. They were so fast, any attempt to chase them would have been futile. An

exhilarating experience that kept my adrenalin working overtime and my hands shaking.

Other than that, can it get any simpler?
