Nice work, guys. Wilson, did you see the image that I posted of us in Seattle? It was nice meeting you. I'll send you a link to some of my Vancouver/Alaska/Seattle images from my Picasa Webalbums.

This is just a note to alert other members that if you receive an
unsually large number of ratings very quickly from the rate recent
gallery, you might be the victim of a robot. Today, I submitted a
photo that received 20 ratings within about 2 hours. And there were
14 ratings from the rate recent gallery. It didn't stop at 10, as is
the usual case. Since the ratings are now anonymous from the rate
recent, one can't investigate the ratings.
Sure enough, a robot had rated my image. I want to thank PN admin
for taking such quick action in deleting the bogus 9 ratings my
image received from the rate recent gallery. If a robot rated my
image, I'm sure it rated many others who were in the gallery at the
same time as me. A disadvantage to the anonymity of the rate recent
gallery is that only the PN admin can investigate possible abuse.
This just adds to their administrative burden which, I'm sure, is
time consuming enough as it is. Anyway, I again applaud Jeremy and
the others who diligently police the site for abuse.

I agree, Brian. You should leave this thread up. It is a good demonstration of the rules and what can get you kicked off PN. I must say that this thread is a real shocker to me.

I also was able to rate my own photo, Victoria Flowers and Waterfall. I tried removing the rating but I couldn't. Please remove my self rating.
Thanks

For some reason, there are comments attached to my portfolio that
are not related to my portfolio. I'm asking Photo.net to remove
them, as they are confusing and misleading. Specifically, comments
posted by Norbert Wabnig and Shirchavan Kamanaju are not related to
my portfolio and appear to have been posted to my portfolio in
error. Thank you for correcting this.
