    Looks to me like the ‘marks’ are deposits from the film development process. I don’t think there’s 2 marks, but rather a continues line of marks, which is what the ‘bubbles’ would produce.

    When loading the spool, there may have been a slight kink in the film, which could have trapped the bubbles during Dev or Fix, or even Photo Flow; Or, there wasn’t sufficient ‘tapping’ during the process to clear out the bubbles.
