one crappy character in a subject line and the whole feed is
unavailable for readers... perhaps a filter to prevent this [err...

although i'm not much of a canon fan,
i've noticed that the new EOS 20Da (a as for astronomy) has some new features, such as semi-transparent mirror, allowing for live preview and screen focusing... you may want to find out more yourself :)

hi all,
does anyone posses information on how the front door's locking
mechanism is constructed? my father's one got broken apart and some
parts were lost.
i have managed to get the camera working perfectly again except for
the mechanism that does the "click-locking" (i don't know the proper
english term, sorry) of the door in its open and closed position. i
suppose there should be some balls or pegs pushed by springs into the
grooves on the doors, and would like to make them myself.
TIA

Trevor, the first statement is 100% true!!!! :))))))
