Absolutely fab. love abstraction in this concrete image. The cracks make it.

Its quite amazing how the BW shot gives such a different feeling to the colour one (I saw the same effect with the Grand Canyon pictures, actually). Very nice work, and i love the crispiness :)

Oh this is lovely - BW works fab here, and the shadows are amazing. Love the dynamics brought in by the kid's movement. I also appreciate that the lit-up part of the picture includes the silhouettes of the houses. Very very nice!

Brilliant, Very well done. Is the space between the two rows of houses - a snowy field?
This is really inspiring.

Thank you both for your quick visits! Well, its like every now and then I come by to see what's happening :) I am not *really* back, because its hard to keep two - three active accounts (www.flickriver.com/photos/vi-p).

fabulous, not in the least for the model's great shape!
stripes are so effective here. Amazing.
Congrats with being selected in the editor's pick!

Is it possible that a calendar for 2009 with the snowy mountain views that I have seen today in les Filigranes was made by you?!?! Even the name coincides... :))
Gorgeous view, by the way.

What a wonderful set of photos, Lou Ann. The butterflies are so beautiful, and the way they are presented is really natural (recalling the pinned butterflies in the glass boxes...)
Pity I could not join you!!...

The saddest news.....

Excellent exposure, Lionel. I remember being there in the afternoon... the sun is rutheless, it's hard to expose properly. This one is softly gentle. Great.

.... all these months and years later, I can tell: I have seen it with my own eyes. And YES, it IS an amazing place. and your capture is beautiful. The day we were there, there was no cloud over this mountain; it was just clear blue skies. Impressive, too.

Oh, Sophia, this is a fantastic shot. I could have it in my office easily!! Amazing.
And, I recently found out that the colour of my aura is purple, so I think this photo also echoes on that level, too ;))

Oh wow!!! this is quite an emotional picture. The effect brings more vibration to it. quite a capture.

Gosh, what an unusual and great presentation of the sea (ocean?)
Excellent quality too :)

Gorgeous!

Mel, there's some magic going on here. I am totally thrilled! :)
-
She's lovely :) and, for some strange reason, she reminds me of Scandinavian kids. Light hair, sparkly eyes, and determination in everything they do :)
-
Oh my God! This is such a beautiful, tender, playful, stylish, sensual image!
Gosh, I am envious :)
Alon, you have spectacular models :) and they have a talented photographer ;)
-
Bianca, this is spectacular!!!

Polink, this is really well done. I love the pose, the crop, the expression, the fingers... and the title, totally!!! I just hope it's fictive illustration, not real %))
Love,
