Anyone know a list of current MF shutter lag times? (Press release,
then actual exposure = lag) Pentax 645n = 250ms (long) Mostly need to
know Bronica ETRSi.

Work nights, don't buy the new dream lens, instead get a used rollei p66e or s, realize the full potential of your rollfilm images...

Consider Rollei zoom or Goetschmann. The Rollei 110-160 is a full stop faster measured w/ a light meter (light path diff.) than the Hasselblad. The Goetschmann is the best projector of the bunch very bright, more lenses (75-400) but is very big, very expensive. Dissolve work with the Rollei and Goetschmann more straight forward than Hasselblad, but the latter has built in shift. H & G you can rent,
but R no. G thru Mamiya America

As sharp as any 645 lens I've tested. 1.4 is fine. Lens is useless
at 1/60th and slower (due to lack of mirror lock which I've tested)

I have used both the 300mm & the 400mm and they are both SHARP!
The f4 aperture may be needed by you (and a 1.4x would make it a non-autofocus 420mm 5.6) but I'd go for the reach, cheaper price and lighter weight of the 400.

An aside...the Pentax 645, which doesn't have lock, with its SHARP 600mm is virtually useless at speeds 1/60 and slower (the Mamiya 645 has a tested/usefull lock)
The Pentax 120mm macro however, a SHARP 1:1 lens, stays sharp at ALL shutter speeds.
(My own tests- either camera eats a 35mm in terms of image quality)

I put together shows. My question is: what's the point of all this incredibly expensive gear if no one can see your work? Or are you all pros on this site?

Some of you may actually make a living at this getting your work
published, but all you others: How can I see all those great shots?
(after all that lens testing and debt) Do any of you put on slide
shows? The absolute best way to display a chrome image? If so...
when? Where? Don't suggest jpegging an eos$10000 image...

Certain action close up requires fast flash sync times and SLR viewing. I'd prefer to use rollfilm. Rollei 6000 series cameras have
eos like times (<100ms) even with their mirrors but cost too darn much.
