It looks like a nice painting mixing colors and shapes, but lacks a purpose or point of view and looks like you have combined at least two kinds of clouds that usually do not appear together. (True?)

The iron work alone is not enough. Needs something of interest prehaps on the second level above the bottom...a person or laundry perhaps.
