Thanks for the suggestions. I took your advice and adjusted the colors in Photoshop and re-uploaded the image. I think I'm getting the scan a little closer to looking like the original. -

Thanks for the comments. I'm not too sure I understand what you mean by "re-exposing the green coral and the washed out coral to the right of it with photoshop". Do you mean I should crop out the coral to the right? Sometimes I'm dense and need to be smacked upside the head to understand what is meant. If you could please explain what you mean in more detail, I would appreciate it. -

Great idea, but I think the execution was not too good. It just looks way to soft for me. The white streaks also detract from the image.

I like the colors and the setting. Unfortunately, I am constantly drawn to the horizontal white line that appears to be cutting off the head of the model in the foreground at the neck. Please take my comments with a grain of salt as I am a complete novice. I think that if this line were somehow minimized this would be a much better picture. -
