"What can pop corn do when you've got other things on your mind ... ?"
I love the tone of the photo but perhaps more so the story it tells. Thanks for sharing it.

I was not going to say anything, as the exposure date was over a year ago. But his expression is just too much ... "Look at this thing behind me ... not that cool, really. At least not as cool as my HAT ! ;-D"
Thanks for posting this.

I like the gloomy fog. And the matching silhouettes.
One has to wonder though: how did you manage to clean up, trees and everything included, up to the tree line ? :)

I think it's beautiful, when looking at details but also when staring at it from further away. I never imagined penguins could look so angry :)

Is this somewhere on Earth ? (hey, I had to choose between other remarks such as 'how long did it take to arrange the clouds like that ?')
You captured something clearly different from other landscapes posted on photo.net, this is really drool-worthy.

Losing the centered view would also lose the symmetry, which is essential here.

Now this is what some of my attempts should have come out like. The subject seems really fit for this kind of filter usage.
Except for the (maybe) a bit careless usage of scissors on the wrist (and the fact that this doesn't scale too well to 1280x1024 :D), I think it's awesome.
I wish there were more photos like this one on photo.net

I can't seem to decide on sharp vs blurry without seeing both. The latter, I suppose, resembles 'pensive' better.

Just curious, how many strawberries did you 'waste' ?

I have to appreciate the fact that you remembered to take the picture. If I were in your place, I'd have been too busy drooling. Seeing this photo has the same effect on me though.

Maybe if the grass wouldn't be in the photo it would look nicer. But I'm colourblind, so this may not be true ... ;)
