This storm was moving in fast, but it made for some dramatic
lighting.
Comments appreciated.

Hi Michael,
I have tried to respond to your e-mail to me but it doesn't seem to go through.

Very nice capture Tom. How did you manage the dynamic range? The only thing that is distracting (IMO) is the small sliver of mountain above the clouds at the top.
Great shot.

Taken at the Easter Car Show in Hurricane. Comments please.

Thanks Pim and Patrick.
Mark, this was shot with available light. NCAA rules prohibit flash in gymnastic events or at least that is what I was told. It was shot at ISO 800 2.8 1/320.
Doug, I thought about squaring it, but the tallness or seemed height of the image makes it for me. I did burn out the background. It was too distracting.
This was my first gymnastics shoot. It was fun and challenging.

Very nice way to use balance. I would like to see a version of this with a nice sunset/sunrise on the horizon.

Uh where did the bar go? Comments appreciated.

Richard, you made my day. To set your mind at ease, it was a test dummy ;) Have a good one.

This was a test of an ejection system for the Air Force. The rocket
sled reached 877 miles per hour. It was shot at ISO 200, F4.5,
1/2000, and a bit of lucky tracking. Comments?

Swamy,
Great set-up. My only question is why does the mountain look so washed out when compared to its reflection? I think a little burning on the mountain and sky would greatly improve the impact of the photo. IMO
