Half Dome At Sunset

Great set-up. My only question is why does the mountain look so washed out when compared to its reflection? I think a little burning on the mountain and sky would greatly improve the impact of the photo. IMO

I've shot from this location before. It's a difficult place to use a Grad ND filter. So your idea of using high dynamic range was a good one. Perhaps you could work on the tone and colors of the reflection to match that of Half Dome. Also, I don't know if it's just me but I think the horizon is a bit tilted to the left; note the vertical trees in the background and Merced River.
