    Lonely-tree

    Beautifully done. Excellent as I said, but  I  would  try a second version,  with a little-bet  more space around the tree, specially at the right, and also a version of b&w. This tree has a very  nice  and interesting character. I would spend a lots of time  shooting around it.

    BLM.

  1. It is a very interesting  architecture, typical of  the Meditarian, limited  places,  narrow streets and  expanding  building  in to  the free  place above. Specially, in this  composition and  the  light  highlighting  very  nicely all those  geometrical surfaces. I like all those  nocks  and  corners, well photographed in this image.

    Cheers  to you old  friend, Pierre.

    Thank you  for your comments, Jack. A place,  almost two  hours  drive  from Toronto, a shallow  lake,  mostly swamp  at  this area,  frozen over, covered by fresh  snow.

    Cheers.

  2. Almost as  you said, Jack. It was a  very bad  and gloomy dark day, riding along a beach road at Lake Simcoe. Pulled  over a side road to park, and walked  back to this  tree. Not as attractive as  the previous  tree I shot  earlier,  but, I like it  and shot  it.  It was a first time in this season  when I finally see the lake  frozen over.

    Thank you  for the comments, for both of  you.

    Yes, Pierre, I vas  lucky  and  my original idea  vas  to  ad the  base  as a very buss  time  on the street  by the cars. Interestingly, hardly anybody was  walking on the street, maybe, because  it  was a windy a dump cold. Imagine,    in the middle  of  the winter and  not a sine of snow or  real cold around Toronto.

    Thank you for your comments.

    Cheers;

    Bels
