I would think he would have to prove some damage or loss which he would not be able to do as the contract was
never signed. He is being extremely unethical in my opinion and is taking advantage of you. I am sure your lawyer could
get this resolved quickly for you

I have noticed this difference also. I am a canon shooter and use mostly L lenses and
to replace them with similar nikon lenses would cost a lot more

If you have no intention of ever being a wedding photographer I don't understand why you want to do this. If you are going to pursue some other type of photography I would put my energy towards that rather than shoot a wedding which is something you dont ever want to do.
I dont think you should try to do any posed shots and it sounds like you are going to be in the way of the other photographer.

You wouldnt want to use a polarizer with people in the photo would
you?

I have read the specs on both and am wondering what was the big improvement
in the Mark II N over the Mark II . I believe it has a bigger LCD display and
the picture style was added but did anything major change.
thanks

Has anyone used Berger Brothers in NY before. I saw a camera there that had a
real good price and I have not used them before. How was the service you
received from them
thanks

Now that the E3 has been out a while are there any photographers that use them
for weddings. If so what do you like about this system that you werent able to
get with other cameras. Also do you use something like the 510 for backup. I
find a lot of the features the E3 has very appealing but unfortuneatly there
are no dealers around me that stock them.
Thanks for your commments

Is there any software for a Mac that does a good job smoothing skin and
eliminating blemishes . I am looking for something simple as my expertise in
photoshop is very limited.

Since you are an employee I would say it is extremely likely that
the company owns all the copyrights on the images. It is probably in your employment agreement or some other documentation

I really like using the st-e2. I much prefer using my camera without the
flash on it. The st-e2 is awesome. Plus you can use it to assist focus in low light situations. Lots of people recomend the purchase of the 580 over using an st-e2 but if you have the opportunity try both before you rule out the st-e2.

No it is not made and its something I wouldnt recommend . The T4D is too heavy

I have just purshased a bracket that will hold two shoe mount camera flashes such
as the Canon 580ex . I have a quantum radio IVi set and only have one receiver.
Is there some type of adpater that will allow me to plug both flashes into one
receiver
thanks

Everything you are looking at is junk. Buy a light from a
reputable merchant and buy a name brand so you can add to the
system as your experience grows. Pay attention to what people have
already recomended to you.

When shooting 35 mm slides for eventual scanning should one have them mounted
when having them processed?

I wouldn't issue any refund as I dont think any reasonable amount would
satisfy them. As long as the shots they are requesting were not specifically mentioned in the contract or in a list you both agreed on , they dont have a leg to stand on. I would also assume that most people that know them would know what is reasonable to expect and would also know that these are difficult people to deal with.

that should be veil not view

Thanks for all the responses. In the case of the bride would you aim the light at her view
from behind to get the separation
thanks

I have a lumedyne flash that I would like to use as a hair light but I have
never used a hair light and have a few questions.
The flash came with a snoot. Is this a good device to use when using the
lumedyne as a hair light.
Would a grid in the reflector be a better option or a small softbox
thanks

I purchased a 6x9 roll film back for my 4x5 camera. I would like to know if
there is a lab that will develop the c41 film and print proofs . Also what size
would the proof prints normally be. would it be best to just have them print a
contact sheet. Also when sending the film in what would be common size prints
one would be able to get made. I primarily would like the name of a quality lab
that I could discuss these procedures with.
thanks

I purchased the same bracket about three months ago and mine has the same wobble. I also was concerened at first but after using it at several weddings my concerns no longer exist.

without too many problems

<p>Do you want to return to the mall or do you want to be banned. Maybe you should have gone to the mall office first to see what their policy is. How much time would that have taken? </p>
