As I saw the man approaching , waited for the right time and clicked few consecutive  frames . Winter has set in but was not that cold . Man is probably a fish farmer returning home after day's work . Captured in Talsari beach in Odisha state of India .  Thanks.

To me it looks better .

the central unfocused part is too prominent , as a viewer I wd like to see it ( the glaring unfocused part ) with  either reduced brightness or without it , like the composition otherwise.

In all probability , the person was trying to locate a  house . Although  houses are  arranged following a pattern , for any stranger it is difficult .  

Thank you , have not done waterfall images thereafter since none are near .

Unique composition !! Bit funny as well . The skull looks bit over powering in relation to the human body . There is also a reddish undesirable object in the  lower right  corner . This hdr version has made the skin more palpable and hence more lively than the non hdr version . Regards .

Thanks Tony , since they were coming towards me, little bit of space in front is logical , cropping would bring the figures more closer and I think the feeling would have been lost .

The road is not straight but at an angle and hence looks slant . The slant road and the angled  light of the plane  , complement each other . I would prefer to keep them undisturbed .

Thanks for your observation and comment , I had noticed the twigs but personally thought to be non distracting . I would prefer to keep them since it gives a natural touch to the image . I took this shot from the roof using Coolpix P7700 . The person was surely searching for a house .
