Vidyasagar Setu ( Bridge ) and the Ganges river in Kolkata ..

Lens : Leica f2.8-5.2/4.5mm - 108 mm ; Aperture - 5 , shutter - 1/200, ISO -100 . The image was captured in RAW format and then post processed .Background information - Gangasagar is situated on the southern most tip of the Sagar Island in West Bengal state of India where the 'Ganga' ( the holy Ganges river meets the 'sagar' or ocean ) . Hence the name of the place is Gangasagar . Every year during the month of January , there is a huge religious congregation of people from all over the India ,who offer prayer . The lady is probably a Rajasthani ( from the state of the Rajasthan ) . I did not notice the 10.10 sticker ( price tag ? ) on her left glass of the spectacle when I took the photo . While processing , decided that it should stay . Thanks for your patience :)

Moon rises over the Himalayan range ( just beside the Mt Kanchendzonga) on the day of Raspurnima , a full moon night considered auspicious in the Hindu religion . This view was from Sandakphu .
