I use it all the time and love it but I am using a 5d. You can see a lot of examples on my website www.photograhams.com

In London there is also a serious problem. I know of the police stopping someone in Trafalgar Square. Apparently the mayor is putting up signs that say no photography allowed and in the beach at Bournemouth they now have wardens who stop people photographing with mobile phones. There is a real danger that a whole time period will not get photographed for posterity.

Few have successfully been successfully in combining photography and
humour. Elliot Erwitt and Martin Parr have but what are the
ingredients that make a photograph amusing/ funny. Is it just enough
to take a child, pet or funny sign. Is it prescriptive or a talent?
Who else has succeeded?

I have just taken for the first time photos in Raw. I have copied
them to a folder on my Hard Drive. When I try to open them in CS I am
told wrong type of file!
Could someone tell me what I have to do please?

I have been trying to print straight from my camera size photos e.g
ratio 3:2 on an Epson 2100 on A4 paper. I find that it is difficult
to centre the print and leave a border top and sides the same. I have
clicked in the print box "centre" but it is not very accurate. Help
please. I am told this is always a problem but it seems crazy that it
is not very easy. I also have photoshop CS

I shot yesterday kids in London who jump off buildings etc. These are
ny first shots. I wonder whether anyone has suggestions for better
shots. I used a 16 - 35 lens and found I was better on auto servo
focus at either about 1/60th or 1/500th if I wanted little or no blur.
Suggestions and comments appreciated. The photos are in my Parkour
folder

I wanted to duplicate a frame like a polaroid / negative / medium
format etc. Without paying a fortune does anyone know where I could
getthese or software?

If you want to save money then I am told the following are good value:
Promises - Goldhawk Road
Flash - Harrow Road and Ladbroke Grove
Genesis - 020 7731 2227 -

I have used software from http://www.powerretouche.com/. The toning module is pretty good and there are some other digital lab effects that I like.
I have done a colour test using their software. You can see this at http://davidgraham.smugmug.com/gallery/133982

I took up photography again about a year ago when I discovered
digital. I have just completed a course of Portrait Photography and
would appreciate some valid comments. These were not forthcoming on
the course. The project was to photograph in the style of a
particular photographer and I chose David Bailey.<p>

Seems to be a problem. I am really sorry. I will try and work it out and repost. Most of the photos are on my portraits on photo.net. Sorry to all of you.

Why not just load the photos on to a website such as the one I use in the UK www.photobox.co.uk and let people chose and order what they want directly. It will save you a lot of hassle. If you are trying to make money then you can set up your own prices.

I have the same problem. All Canon kit with Canon lens sold with the camera. Memory card is Sandisk. It is an intermittent fault.Sometimes fine and then all over the place, e.g.Fault every other shot. I think there is a fault with this camera and Canon do not know what to do?
