Thanks, Brad. Good tips, especially about renting a car. I got lucky when non-stop tickets
Chicago -SJU sold for $240 (for about 6 hours!) and now I can almost afford to make the
trip!!

Edward and Bill named several of my favorite places in Barcelona. I'd add Palau de la
Musica and neighboods called Gracia and El Born, but 36 hours isn't enough for even a
taste. Have a great trip.

Thanks, Edward. Those are helpful suggestions and I appreciate your time.

I found <a href="http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00Cnf3"> this thread</a> as a good starting point but cheap hotels aren't included.

Hullo - I'm taking my 11 year old son to Puerto Rico March 6-10 for
the World Baseball Classic. It will be my first trip there and I'm
looking for recommendations on inexpensive hotels and good places for
pics. (Old San Juan, the beaches, street shots, night, etc.) It's a
very short trip, I know, but better than staying in Chicago! Thanks much.
I searched the archives the best I could and didn't find anything that
seemed to answer my questions. I will buy guidebooks but tips from
locals and recent visitors are always appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, Paul. You're right about the camera info - guess I just never paid attention since I
only have one body. Knowing which lens, that's worth knowing I think.

Somewhat OT and don't mean to hijack the thread, but does Photoshop provide more exif
data than Elementss? Elements doesn't tell what lens or camera was used, AFAIK anyway.
