Thanks for your comment, sorry for taking so long to reply!

I was using shutter priority in order to avoid 'freezing' the  propellor blades so I wasn't intentionally using f14 - but I will take note of your comment. In any case, it is a superb lens!

    many thanks

    Hi

One of my better photos taken at the Biggin Hill airshow last month - quite pleased

    with this one.

Thanks to those of you on here that gave me a few tips before I went - greatly

    appreciated.

Please view large and let me know what you think!

    many thanks

    Hi

Taken in the back garden and then some random messing about in Photoshop!

Your thoughts - good or bad - would be appreciated.

  1. Hi

Taken on a Saturday afternoon walk at the end of April.

I spent a few minutes chatting to a fielder who was in considerable discomfort having

pulled a muscle bowling his first over and now couldn't run.

However he was determined to see the match through and have some well-earned

'anaesthetic' at the local pub. Wonderul stuff!

    Hi

Taken a few days ago on a break in Portugal, trying out my new Canon 100-400 lens!

Please view large - as ever, all comments gratefully received.

    many thanks

The orange and blue work very well together. I think it might benefit from a crop to lose the 2 windows on the right? I find them a bit distracting.

    regards

    Chris
