Thanks Sandy. I was charged for a premium account, though I have never seen an indication that I have one. If I don't, I would like my credit card credited. If I do have a premium account, I want to remove auto renew for next year.
Has anyone had any success contacting admin? I have been charged for a service I don't want and don't have. The contact page on the site takes me to a blank page and I have tried emailing contact@photo.net. There is also no messaging system on the FB page.
