I believe you shot this photo extremely well.. but I feel mother and daughter is compete for attention.. maybe re-crop and re-submit.. and I think its rating might shooot uo to 11-12 range.. maybe even higher

EXCUSE ME. I respect other 's view toward ART, which is very subective.. .. BUT , I REALLY confused why some one rate it 3/4 ??? it mean below average.. I do not think this photo you can get it in dairy basis.. Based on that even they do not like it (that is ok.. ) this photo deserve at least 5/5...as mininum. Come on, DO YOU REALL THINK THIS PHOTO IS JUST below average ???? be serious... please...

Give photographer a break,,, They deserve some rating that is "fair".. although we do not beg for high score. let's not to abuse it/..

This is early try of my Canon EOS..half set up , half lucky shot

the light near Angels' eye is caused by Flash light hit

butterfly/sword and bounce back into Angel's eye.. Gee.....

nice concept,, I also tried teh same stuff.. suggetsion.. if you can amke some tontage on the left hand blank area insteda of totally black.. that might make the photo even more interested..

It is a little bit of Luck.. It is Summer in Illinois, one hours before Sun set , My daugher happen to be happy and wind blow her her hair to the air when I press the shutter..

I have hard to to repeat this photo later on..
