I just conect sonnar 150mm synchro compur lens on my 2000FC

I?m just got my Kiev TTL Spot meter prism (from eBay)

After small adjustments (one f stop comparing to Kiev ground glass)

I got equal results with Gossen Variosix F.

It means I have prism viewfinder, 3X Lupe and integral meter for 62$

plus shipping.

Integral meter is accurate and easy to operate .Spot is giving wrong

results - need adjustment or is not good for this application.

I am very happy with this prism ? it is fast to operate and you dont

have to ?stay on the head? to see image not up side down

So fare no luck :))

I have spot meter, but if you tilt your lens or you are using filters meter is not enuf.

Andrew thanks for self-gluing felt idea. Looks like hasselblad finders or Kiev TTl will by the best for this project they are el cheapo and easy to find. And probably with spot mode we don't need dark cloth-next pound of our back :))

I don??t now about you, but I like to make pictures instead of calculating f stop. If I can make all operation simpler and faster I am always happy. I don??t like throw to the garbage 10 bucks 8X10 slides because of some miscalculation either.

In the process of finding some reflex finder to my LF cameras I got

some idea (maybe silly??) What if I will buy some MF AE prism finder,

like mamiya RB,or RZ.

My idea is to use this finder as a 1. viewer with mirror ?V to fix up

side down image.2 lupe.3 light meter. Dos it makes any sense? Did

any of you try this idea?

S/N is 9399255. Glass is perfect, so I am considering attach some handle to f ring and see after some time maybe will loose (if it is old grease)

I will look on ebay same time for some shutter.

Dan - I did remove this screw - it is pin which is keeping ring in correct position.

How to check these broken parts It is easy to do myself?

Even is hard to rich f16, I have to use all my force. So, for sure is something wrong. It is not like is going easy to f22 and rapidly stop. All the way 9-22 feels like old grease and I don?t have force to cross f22.

I don?t want to disassemble lens whiteout any directions.

I will appreciate any help.

Ring is turning very tide - with my hand I can't go more then f22

(from 128 scale). It is common problem? Do I have to send this lens

for lubrication or cleaning? Or is some easy way to fix this problem.

It is 2400 dpi scan from 3X3 inch crop.

Is no grain, just little scanner noise - very promising !
