I like the use of B/W in Antelope Canyon...
-
It's interesting to note the subtle differences between the images...

An excellent visual experience----the image "fools the eye" at first glance. Just one question, "Without being "corrected" in Photoshop (and I'm sure it wasn't), and being shot on film (which I'm sure it was), just how can ANYONE criticize this shot?" He got it in the NEGATIVE!

Nice shot--monsoon season I presume?

Overall this is just an "eye-popping" folder--thank-you for sharing your vision of the islands with us "poor haoeles'"
-
Thanks guys--you have a consensus on the "grey thing", and I agree about the curve being cut...

I know Antelope Canyon has been "shot to death", however, please take
the time to look over the folio and leave a few comments if you
could...

Comments please...and take a peek at the portfolio, if you would...

Shot from a roadside "rest-stop" 7 miles north of Black Canyon City
AZ. Naturally, no tripod with me--built a "beanbag" out of magazines
and a friends purse on a picnic table...this strike did start a fire
on the mountainside.

Overlooking the Colorado River Canyon at a place known as "Horseshoe
Bend"-approx 5 miles below Glen Canyon Dam and Page AZ.

No, this is a wonderful image--"empty space" notwithstanding...(your critique)
-
Just superb....

Antelope Canyon-- 11 photographers lost their lives here in September
1997 in a "flash-flood". The bodies of most were never recovered.
-
MUCH better without the powerlines..someday I hope to have the motivation to learn PhotoShop...

This is water-worn sandstone inside Antelope canyon near Page AZ.

A "slot canyon" in northern Arizona---Feel free to rate the other
photos in the portfolio...long exposure and minimum aperture (f22)

Any and all criticism is welcome...please feel free to look over my
portfolio "Arizona Slot Canyons" at this site. Keep in mind that 11
photographers perished in this canyon in 1997 when they were
overtaken by a "flash-flood" while photographing its interior...
